My Skincare Routine~~~Surayya M

I hate long post so I am going to make this as brief as possible.
My skin care routine is nothing special really. I try as much as possible to keep it simple.

I exfoliate 3 times a week. Exfoliating means removal of dead skin cells and dirt with the use of a scrub. You can use any scrub that best suits your skin. For me I use sugar scrub. I love it because it’s natural,smoothens and brightens the skin. It is also good for sensitive skin,so if your skin is sensitive,you should give sugar scrub a try. I also use sugar to scrub my lips from time to time.

When it comes to cleansing,I always go for forming cleansers. It cleanses and smoothens my face very well. I also use it to cleanse my face after taking off my makeup. It removes all the remaining products left on my face after wiping.

My favorite soap is and has always been black soap. I use both bar and liquid. I prefer to use the soap bar for bathing and the liquid one for my face alone. I use it before /after scrubing my face.
Black soap is known for so many health benefits;acne control,even skin tone,cleanses the skin and it is also suitable for all skin types. (there so many benefits I didn’t mention. You can do a research on the health benefits of black soap if you are interested in knowing more about it).

For face mask, I always prefer home made face mask. I love all things natural that is why I always stick with home made. I use turmeric face mask.I also once used fenugreek face mask.

I always stick to oils when it comes to moisturizing my skin. Essential oils are very healthy for the skin. They moisturize, nourish,heal and repair dry and flaky skin.(You can also do a research on the health benefits of essential oils). I have also tried so many different body lotions and cream and the ones that suit me the most are; The Queen Elizabeth Cocoa butter and Olay Quench body lotion.
